At your first free consultation, you will meet our experienced Design Manager who will help you explore your ideas, requirements, budget, and goals. We prioritise your clear understanding from the start, ensuring you feel confident, excited, and engaged throughout your partnership with Varcon Group.

After you have submitted your deposit, our architect and design team will meet with you to gather a comprehensive brief on your new home needs and wish list. Subsequently, our architect will start sketching your dream home and present you with a conceptual floor plan. We will also organise a site visit to better understand the location that will soon become your home. A thorough site and planning analysis will be conducted to prepare for the estimated costs of your construction.

We’ll deliver an initial estimate for your project. At this point, we will also present value management options to assist with your project’s design and buildability. Everything discussed to date will be included in your preliminary estimate.

A small works contract will now be set up, and we will continue with the creation of documentation, covering working drawings, engineering, and any specific client requirements and selections. Once all documentation is in order, we will advance to finalizing your project’s pricing.

The selection of colors is now underway. As we strive for superior results, we also make available a professional interior designer to aid in your decision-making process. Additionally, appointments with our appliance suppliers will be scheduled for you.

Final documentation, including working drawings, engineering, and other related documents, is presented along with final selections and pricing. After receiving client approval, we move forward by signing a new homes contract and begin the next, most exciting phase of your project.
