During your initial complimentary consultation, you’ll be introduced to our seasoned Design Manager who will assist you in discussing your ideas, needs, budget, and objectives. Once your deposit is received, our architect and design team will convene with you to collect a detailed brief of your new home’s requirements and desires. Following this, our architect will begin drafting your dream home and show you a preliminary floor plan. Additionally, we will arrange a site visit to fully appreciate the future site of your home. A comprehensive site and planning analysis will follow to anticipate the construction costs.

We’ll deliver an initial estimate for your project. At this point, we will also present value management options to assist with your project’s design and buildability. Everything discussed to date will be included in your preliminary estimate.

We will now enter into a small works contract and proceed with documentation, including working drawings, engineering, and any client-specific requirements and selections. Once the paperwork is complete, we will move forward with the final pricing of your project.

Choosing colors is the next step. Committed to excellent results, we include professional interior design assistance to help finalise your decisions. Furthermore, we will organise your meetings with our appliance suppliers.

We present the final documentation—including working drawings, engineering, and other pertinent documents—along with the final selections and pricing. With client approval secured, we sign a new homes contract and launch into the most exciting stage of your project.
