Once your deposit is received, our architect and design team will convene with you to collect a detailed brief of your new home’s requirements and desires. Following this, our architect will begin drafting your dream home and show you a preliminary floor plan. Additionally, we will arrange a site visit to fully appreciate the future site of your home. A comprehensive site and planning analysis will follow to anticipate the construction costs.

An initial project estimate will be furnished at this stage. We will also provide recommendations for value management to help with the design and construction feasibility of your project. Your preliminary estimate will include all items discussed so far.

We will now enter into a small works contract and proceed with documentation, including working drawings, engineering, and any client-specific requirements and selections. Once the paperwork is complete, we will move forward with the final pricing of your project.
