How long does it take to build a custom home?
Once construction begins, most Varcon custom homes take approximately 10 to 12 months from breaking ground to handover, depending on the size and complexity of the project.
Design, documentation, planning approvals and permitting are completed before construction commences and form part of the overall project timeline. Before you proceed, we'll provide a realistic programme so you have a clear understanding of the journey ahead.
What's the difference between a custom builder and a volume builder?
A custom builder designs and constructs a home specifically for your site, lifestyle and requirements. Every home is developed around the individual brief rather than selected from a standard range of plans.
