During your initial complimentary consultation, you’ll be introduced to our seasoned Design Manager who will assist you in discussing your ideas, needs, budget, and objectives. After your deposit is processed, you will meet our architect and design team to provide a full outline of your new home’s needs and preferences. Our architect will then proceed to draft your dream home and offer a conceptual floor plan. We also plan a site visit to get a better feel for the location that will become your home. An extensive site and planning analysis will be performed to forecast your construction costs.

We’ll deliver an initial estimate for your project. At this point, we will also present value management options to assist with your project’s design and buildability. Everything discussed to date will be included in your preliminary estimate.

We’ll initiate a small works contract and start the necessary documentation, which includes working drawings, engineering, and any client-specific stipulations and choices. Upon finalizing the paperwork, we will proceed to the final project pricing.

The selection of colors is now underway. As we strive for superior results, we also make available a professional interior designer to aid in your decision-making process. Additionally, appointments with our appliance suppliers will be scheduled for you.

All final documentation, such as working drawings, engineering, and other necessary documents, is shared together with the final selections and pricing. Following client approval, we proceed by executing a new homes contract and starting the most exhilarating phase of your project.
