Following your deposit submission, our architect and design team will sit down with you to take an extensive brief on your new home’s requirements and your personal wish list. Our architect will then create sketches of your dream home and unveil an initial floor plan. A site visit will be organised to familiarise ourselves with the location that will be transformed into your home. We will carry out a detailed site and planning analysis to set up for the anticipated construction costs.

An initial estimate will be provided for your project. Additionally, we will suggest value management strategies to enhance the design and buildability of your project. The preliminary estimate will encompass all aspects discussed thus far.

We will now enter into a small works contract and proceed with documentation, including working drawings, engineering, and any client-specific requirements and selections. Once the paperwork is complete, we will move forward with the final pricing of your project.
