In your initial no-cost consultation, our skilled Design Manager will guide you through discussing your ideas, necessities, financial plan, and aims. Starting with a clear understanding is crucial for us, so you remain confident, eager, and driven during your entire experience with Varcon Group.

Following your deposit submission, our architect and design team will sit down with you to take an extensive brief on your new home’s requirements and your personal wish list. Our architect will then create sketches of your dream home and unveil an initial floor plan. A site visit will be organised to familiarise ourselves with the location that will be transformed into your home. We will carry out a detailed site and planning analysis to set up for the anticipated construction costs.

An initial project estimate will be furnished at this stage. We will also provide recommendations for value management to help with the design and construction feasibility of your project. Your preliminary estimate will include all items discussed so far.

We will now enter into a small works contract and proceed with documentation, including working drawings, engineering, and any client-specific requirements and selections. Once the paperwork is complete, we will move forward with the final pricing of your project.

The selection of colors is now underway. As we strive for superior results, we also make available a professional interior designer to aid in your decision-making process. Additionally, appointments with our appliance suppliers will be scheduled for you.

We present the final documentation—including working drawings, engineering, and other pertinent documents—along with the final selections and pricing. With client approval secured, we sign a new homes contract and launch into the most exciting stage of your project.
