Our Luxury Home Build Process in Oakleigh
Your initial complimentary consultation involves an introduction to our expert Design Manager, who will aid in clarifying your ideas, needs, budget, and objectives. It is vital for us that you begin with a transparent understanding, allowing you to feel secure, enthusiastic, and motivated throughout your journey with Varcon Group.
Sketch and Floorplan phase
After your deposit is processed, you will meet our architect and design team to provide a full outline of your new home’s needs and preferences. Our architect will then proceed to draft your dream home and offer a conceptual floor plan. We also plan a site visit to get a better feel for the location that will become your home. An extensive site and planning analysis will be performed to forecast your construction costs.
Your new home estimate.
An initial project estimate will be furnished at this stage. We will also provide recommendations for value management to help with the design and construction feasibility of your project. Your preliminary estimate will include all items discussed so far.
Documentation
We’ll initiate a small works contract and start the necessary documentation, which includes working drawings, engineering, and any client-specific stipulations and choices. Upon finalizing the paperwork, we will proceed to the final project pricing.
Colour Consultation
Time to choose colors. In line with our dedication to exceptional outcomes, we provide access to a professional interior designer who will help guide and assist you with your final choices. We will also arrange your visits to our appliance suppliers.
Contract time
Final documentation, including working drawings, engineering, and other related documents, is presented along with final selections and pricing. After receiving client approval, we move forward by signing a new homes contract and begin the next, most exciting phase of your project.
