We will also organise a site visit to better understand the location that will soon become your home. A thorough site and planning analysis will be conducted to prepare for the estimated costs of your construction.

An initial estimate will be provided for your project. Additionally, we will suggest value management strategies to enhance the design and buildability of your project. The preliminary estimate will encompass all aspects discussed thus far.

We are now transitioning to a small works contract and will begin the documentation process, encompassing working drawings, engineering, and all client-specific needs and selections. After completing the documentation, we will finalize the pricing of your project.
