During your initial complimentary consultation, you’ll be introduced to our seasoned Design Manager who will assist you in discussing your ideas, needs, budget, and objectives. It’s important to us that you start off with a clear understanding so that you feel assured, enthusiastic, and motivated throughout your entire journey with Varcon Group.

Following your deposit submission, our architect and design team will sit down with you to take an extensive brief on your new home’s requirements and your personal wish list. Our architect will then create sketches of your dream home and unveil an initial floor plan. A site visit will be organised to familiarise ourselves with the location that will be transformed into your home. We will carry out a detailed site and planning analysis to set up for the anticipated construction costs.

An initial project estimate will be furnished at this stage. We will also provide recommendations for value management to help with the design and construction feasibility of your project. Your preliminary estimate will include all items discussed so far.

A small works contract will now be set up, and we will continue with the creation of documentation, covering working drawings, engineering, and any specific client requirements and selections. Once all documentation is in order, we will advance to finalizing your project’s pricing.

Time to choose colors. In line with our dedication to exceptional outcomes, we provide access to a professional interior designer who will help guide and assist you with your final choices. We will also arrange your visits to our appliance suppliers.

All final documentation, such as working drawings, engineering, and other necessary documents, is shared together with the final selections and pricing. Following client approval, we proceed by executing a new homes contract and starting the most exhilarating phase of your project.
