Following your deposit submission, our architect and design team will sit down with you to take an extensive brief on your new home’s requirements and your personal wish list. Our architect will then create sketches of your dream home and unveil an initial floor plan. A site visit will be organised to familiarise ourselves with the location that will be transformed into your home. We will carry out a detailed site and planning analysis to set up for the anticipated construction costs.

We will provide an initial estimate for your project. At this stage, we will also offer suggestions for value management to aid with the design and buildability of your project. Your preliminary estimate will cover everything discussed up to this point.

We are now transitioning to a small works contract and will begin the documentation process, encompassing working drawings, engineering, and all client-specific needs and selections. After completing the documentation, we will finalize the pricing of your project.

It’s time to select colors. As part of our commitment to outstanding results, we also offer the services of a professional interior designer to advise and assist in making the final decisions. Additionally, we will schedule your appointments with our appliance suppliers.
