It starts with a dream, it begins with you.

In your first complimentary consultation you will meet our experienced Design Manager who will guide you in exploring your ideas, requirements, budget, and goals. We want you to have a clear picture at this early stage, so you feel confident, excited and inspired for the entire experience with Varcon Group.

Sketch and Floorplan phase

Once you have paid your deposit our architect and design team will meet with you to take a detailed brief for your new home requirements and wish list.

Following this our architect will begin to sketch up your dream home and provide you with a concept floorplan. We will arrange a site visit so we can dig our feet into the place you will soon call home. We will carry out a full site and planning analysis in preparation for indicative costs for your build.

Your new home estimate.

We will provide a preliminary estimate for your project. Here we will also provide value management suggestions to assist with the design and buildability of your project. Your preliminary estimate will include everything that was discussed up to this point.

Documentation

We now enter a small works contract and proceed with documents including working drawings, engineering and any client specific requirements and selections. After the paperwork is completed, we proceed to the final pricing of your project.

Colour Consultation

It’s time to choose colours. As part of our commitment to superb results we also provide the services of a professional interior designer to advise and help in making the final decisions. We will also arrange your appointments with our appliance suppliers.

Contract time

Final documentation is presented including working drawings, engineering, and other associated documents. Along with final selections, and pricing. After client approval we proceed to signing a new homes contract and begin the next (and most exciting) parts of your project.

Construction begins

Congratulations. Now we are ready to begin the construction on your new dream home.
